Purpose of the position

This position is part of the corporate team at Synthesis and is focused on a wide variety of tasks that include, but are not limited to, sales, marketing, communications, and overall support to the management team.

We seek an experienced candidate that demonstrates:

  • Excellent digital marketing and customer service skills

    • Expert-level understanding on SM platforms (FB, IG, LI, TW)

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Psychedelic literacy

    • Can represent the high-quality experience that Synthesis delivers

    • Masters how the customer journey flows

    • Highly- knowledgeable about the overall customer journey to handle customer Q&A

  • Proactive team-player

  • Delivers timely analytical SM Performance data

  • Detailed oriented

  • I.T. enthusiast, and experience with CRM is a plus

  • Works independently - self-starter

  • Excellent writing skills

  • Genuinely enjoys and is passionate about customer correspondence

  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities:

    • Documentation

    • Time management

    • Meeting attendance

    • Effective written communication skills and computer skills

Corporate Operations

The role of a Corporate Operations Manager includes, but is not limited to, the development and management of Synthesis customer journey through the educational to booking and integration support.

  • Customer Experience

    • Develop and support digital customer experience through supporting and directing content creation and educational content

    • Working closely with company CRM system and other Corporate Operations/Administrative team members on engaging with customers via email, calls, and social media channels

  • Lead Generation

    • Refine and develop company practices around attracting new customers and educating them through digital and non-digital strategies

    • Work with corporate team to create and implement strategies to expand the reach and audience of Synthesis-generated content around psychedelics and customer testimonials

    • Manage outside consultants on various aspects of marketing and sales to

  • Support & Develop various Business Development initiatives

    • Work closely with the Corporate Operations team and Directors to identify, scope and execute on various projects that will support the continued growth and expansion of Synthesis


COMPENSATION & EXPENSE

Compensation package to be determined based on experience.
